Evelyn Virginia Berryhill Spurlin, age 84, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Mayfield, KY, retired secretary from Social Security Administration, and a member of College Place Church of Christ. Mrs. Spurlin was also a member of the American Legion and VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, J. D. and Nellie Edna Guinn Berryhill; and her husband, Cary C. Spurlin.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM Friday, June 20, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 2:00 PM Friday, June 20, 2014, with Ronald Stringer officiating.
