Joe Ed Ratley, 67 of Toney, Alabama died on Monday, August 22, 2016.
Born Wednesday, February 9, 1949 in Ardmore, Alabama, he was the son of the late John Willie Ratley and the late Ruth Holt Ratley. He was a lifelong resident of the Toney area and enjoyed fixing small engines. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: J.W. Ratley and Robert Ratley.
Surviving are one daughter: Kelly Ratley Huddleton, two sister, Billie Rose Clem of Toney, AL and Peggy Leonard of Toney, AL, and one granddaughter: Emily Huddleston of Huntsville, AL.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
