Funeral service for Jo Ann Walls, 73, will be Friday, March 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Milan Dekich officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Falkville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM at the funeral home.
Ms. Walls died on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Decatur Morgan Parkway Medical Center. She was born April 1, 1942, in Jefferson County to John Elyard Long and Pearl Selena Booth Long. Ms. Walls was preceded in death by her parents, a son: Robert Walls, two brothers: Robert Booth and Charles Long, one sister: Johnnie Gwaltney and a grandson: Jonathan Walls.
