A Memorial service for Jim Rutsey, 88, will be by his family on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church. Visitation will be Friday, May 11, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church.
Mr. Rutsey died on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 7, 1930, in Pennsylvania, to Peter J. Rutsey and Lucy Russi Rutsey. He was the General Manager of Ryan’s Restaurant prior to his retirement. He was preceded in death by his son: Walter Jackson and his parents.
