Jeweldine ‘Judy’ Owen Beasley, 87, of Huntsville, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022. Judy was a devoted wife and mother. She operated a nursery school in Huntsville and later owned and managed the Hickory House Restaurant & Gift Shoppe in Athens, AL for many years. She was a long-time member of Sherwood Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Judith Kathryn Manteuffel (Jonathan); her son, Marc David (Jo); grandchildren, Cody (Jessica), Kayla (Tommy), and Jamie (Easton); and great-granddaughter, Emersyn; as well as her brothers, Bobby and Donnie; and her sister, Jan. Judy was predeceased by her husband, Barnes Beasley and her parents, Pearl Owen Barnette and Grady Owen.
Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 30, at Sherwood Baptist Church, 6600 Old Madison Pike, Huntsville, AL 35806, with services at 2:00 pm, also at the church. Burial immediately following at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
