Jewel L. Madry, age 84, passed away Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017. The visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 19, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Spry Williams Funeral Home. The graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at Wallace Cemetery. Ms. Madry was of the church of Christ belief.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Walter Lee Green and JC Green.
Survivors include children, Jimmy Madry (Nancy) and Patsy Kirk (Jimmy); siblings, Wade Green, James Green, Dean Wilson, Shirley Green (York), and Jean Green; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; stepdaughters, Betty Faye Madry and Connie Sue Madry; stepsons, Raymond Joe Madry and Redus Loye Madry; and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.
The family would like to give a very special thanks to the staff of Tennessee Valley Hospice and nurses Mary, Sandra, Sue, and Nancy as well as Brother Ed and Brother Mike.
