Jesse L. Pruitt, 72 of Arab died Sunday, October 25, 2015 in Marshall Medical Center North Emergency Room.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church (located at 7400 Tabor Road; Gadsden, AL 35904), Brother H. L. Daugherty and Brother Jimmy Hamaker, officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery, Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. He will also Lie-In-State at the Church from 12 noon until Service time at 2 p.m.
Mr. Pruitt and his wife, the former Martha Dean Martin (Pruitt) were married 47 years when she preceded him in death, Thursday, July 23, 2015.
