Jesse James Winburn Jr. was born on July 19, 1947 in Florence, Alabama to the late Jesse James Winburn Sr. and Pearl Lee Hawkins Winburn. He peacefully departed this earthly life on Feb. 25, 2017.
He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Carmeleita Winburn; two sons, Noah (Brandi) Winburn and Mario Winburn; two sisters, Kathleen Harris and Carolyn (Aaron) King; one brother, William (Mattie) Winburn; and other dear family members.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday at First Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Julius R. Scruggs officiating. Interment at Huntsville Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held on Friday from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Nelms Memorial Funeral Chapel. Mr. Winburn will be placed in the church one hour prior to the funeral.
