Graveside Service for Jerry Wayne Ponder, age 86, of Vinemont, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 17, 2021, at Ebenezer Cemetery with Bro. Dennis Trimble and Bro. Terry Blankenship officiating.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Ponder passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at his residence. He was born August 23, 1934, to Shelby and Mary Ann Ponder.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and six sisters.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Jean Ponder; daughters, Rhonda (LeWayne) Brock and Teresa (Robert) Bailey; grandchildren, Tony (Mandy) Hamm and Jessi (David) Fricks; great-grandchildren, Dakota Fricks, Shelby Hamm, and Colby Hamm; sister, Hilda Mullins; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
