Funeral service for Mr. Jerry W. Gilbert will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, January 9, 2025 at the Round Island Creek Mission Center (13829 Lucas Ferry Rd, Athens, AL 35611) with Rev. Dr. John Ervin officiating. Interment will be in the Thatch-Mann Cemetery (1801-1803 W Hobbs St, Athens, AL 35611). Mr. Gilbert will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at the Royal Funeral Home, Mason Chapel in Athens, AL.
