Jerry Humphries, age 90, of Nauvoo, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Ridgeview Health Services.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Saragossa Baptist Cemetery. Greg Tinker will officiate.
Mr. Humphries was preceded in death by his Wife-Sylvia Humphries; Father-William Humphries; Mother-Sadie Mayberry Humphries.
He is survived by his Daughter-Connie Lisa Jacks (Keith); Sons-Jerry Wayne Humphries (Mary), Charles Steven Humphries (Sherrie) and Bruce Alan Humphries; Sister-Audrey Mae “Toots” Ferguson; Brothers-Roger Humphries and Ken Humphries; 7 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jarrod Humphries, Rix Patterson, Ben Humphries, Marc Humphries, Chad Humphries and Brian Jacks.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Saragossa Fire Department.
