Jeremy Scott Sanders, 49, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025.
He was a beloved father, son, grandson, brother and uncle. Scott was born on November 6, 1975, to James Tony Sanders and Tamera Denise Miller Sanders. He spent his entire life in Ardmore, Alabama.
Scott graduated from Ardmore High School in 1994 and later attended Fort Scott Community College and West Alabama College on rodeo scholarships. He had a passion for riding bulls and loved Auburn football. Scott was a member of Sweet Springs Baptist Church.
Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Tamera Denise Miller Sanders, and his grandparents, Bob and Faye Miller.
He is remembered with love and survived by his three children; Preslie Stone Sanders, Mavric Scott Sanders, and Maesa Kate Sanders, all of Ardmore, TN; his father, James Tony Sanders and stepmother, Lisa; two sisters, Malayne (Logan) Terrell and Natasha (Chad) McCorkle; grandparents, James Leslie Sanders and Ada Mae Shannon Sanders; nephews, Gavin and Bash; and niece, Harper. He will also be fondly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will always cherish their memories of him.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama. The Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, beginning at 1:00 PM at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery.
