Jeremy Douglas Moore age 40 of Bremen, passed away July 2, 2018 at his residence. He was employed as a welder at Bittle Fabricators in Warrior.
He was preceded in death by his wife Beth Moore; his mother, Debra Moore and his grandparents, Howard and Renia Moore.
Survivors include his children, Brittney, Damien and Steven Moore; his father, Doug Moore (Serena) and his grandmother, Evelyn Freeman.
Cremation services are being provided.
Memorial service times will be announced later this week.
