Jeffery Frazier, age 58 of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga. He was born in Clarksville, Tennessee on June 17, 1963. Jeffery was a veteran of the Unites States military. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting for arrow heads, camping, fishing, and spending time with his friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Randall Hagewood. Jeffrey is survived by his two children; close family friends that cared for him, Staci Grogan and Eric Colleran; and close friends, Jim Bo and Julie. Private services will be held at a later date.
