Jeanne Marie Zannini Broome, age 72, of Trinity, died Monday, September 27, 2021, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Her family will host a Celebration of Life at a later date. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Mrs. Broome, affectionately known as “Grandma Coffee,” was born February 2, 1949, in Illinois, to Eugene Paul Zannini and Eileen Mary Keller Zannini. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Bobbie Pelfrey, and one grandchild, Anthony Goza.
She is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, Charles Broome of Trinity; five children, Anthony Goza (Mary) of Illinois, Gary Goza (Melissa) of Tennessee, Andrew Bolton (Cathy) of Arizona, April Shirley (Scott) of Decatur, AL, and Raymond Norton (Mary Anne) of Wisconsin; one brother, Butch Zannini (Jamie) of Michigan; four sisters, Teddy Marchant (Lonnie) of Virginia, Cathie Carrubba (Fred) of Wisconsin, Julie Ukich (John) of Idaho, and Joellen Kester (Jim) of Minnesota; 13 grandchildren, Hannah Goza, Josh Goza, Christian Goza, Gary Goza, Jonathan Goza, Julianna Goza, Dawson Bolton, Braydon Bolton, Eleksi Bolton, Faith Bolton, Tyler Pendegraph, Sebastian Pendegraph, and Maddox Pendegraph; three great-grandchildren, London Goza, Mason Goza, and Willow Goza.
