A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Janie Ruth League Davis, age 74 of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at Huntsville Hospital.
Janie is survived by her husband of 57 years, Dennis Davis of Scottsboro; her two sons, Chad Davis of Huntsville and Shon Davis of Scottsboro; and the lights of her life-her five grandchildren, Allyn Davis Russell of Huntsville, Jenna League Davis of Huntsville, Tyler Chadwick Davis of Huntsville, Luke Davis of Woodville, and Landon Davis of Scottsboro. She was so very loved and will be missed so much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James William League, Sr. and Oma Jean League; and her brother, James William League, Jr.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville.
