Funeral service for Ms. Janice Lynne (Cole) Rogozinski, age 66, of Birmingham, formerly of Decatur, will be Thursday, March 27, 2014, 3:00 p.m., at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Rogozinski, who died Sunday, March 23, 2014, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham, AL, was born September 19, 1947, in Birmingham, to Kenneth Cole and Evelyn Locke Cole. She was preceded in death by her parents. She was employed in environmental services at Oak Park Middle School in Decatur for 18 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Melissa Rogozinski and Christina Shaw (Peter), both of Birmingham; one brother, Kenneth B. Cole, Jr. of Huntsville; and two sisters, Dale Sue Rogers and Cathy Cole, both of Orlando, FL.
