Janette Clanton, age 68 of Oneonta, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024 at her home.
Her funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Boaz Carr Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Walls Chapel Memory Gardens in Boaz. Bro. Ray McKay will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Dwayne Handley, Nathan Tankersley, Hayden Maner, Hunter Tucker, Dakota McKay and Jordan Smitherman. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until the time of service at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
She is survived by her children; Stephanie Gorman, Mandy Jenkins, Amy Tucker (Adam) and Ashley Young (Michael), ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters; James Daniell (Sue), Juanita Daniell Pruitt (James), Janice Daniell Scharf and Jerry Daniell.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Walter F. and Leona Corbin Daniell, sister; Donna Hamrick and great-granddaughter; Emily Tankersly.
