Jana L. Smith, age 64 of Tuscaloosa, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Druid City Hospital.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 12:00 PM at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, May 27, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Meek Cemetery. Roland Gilliland will officiate.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by John T. Lindsey, Mary Lindsey, Paul Kuhlmeyer and Twila Reynolds.
She is survived by her Husband-David Smith of Tuscaloosa; Daughter-Stacy Roberts of Tuscaloosa; Son-Bryan Smith of Tuscaloosa; 6 Grandchildren and One Great Grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Smith, Blaine Smith, Jordan Roberts, Chris Kuhlmeyer, John Kuhlmeyer and Shawn Smith.
