Mr. James Ray Williams, age 83 of Boaz, died on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at Shepherds’ Cove Hospice.
Funeral service will be Two o’clock p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2023, at McRae Chapel with Bro. Brandon Bruce officiating. Walt Williams Eulogy. Burial to follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00pm-2:00pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Williams is survived by his Wife: Phyllis Williams of Boaz. Son & Daughter-in-Law: Jimmy & Toni Williams of Boaz. Daughter: Renee Williams of Florida. Grandchildren: Jordan Williams, Katlyn & Jason Thacker, Jamison Durham, Walt Williams. Brother & Sister-in-Law: Robert & Charlotte Williams of Blountsville. Sister: Janice Burges of Dawson. Special Niece: Nilla & Johnny Absher. A Host of Nieces & Nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Williams, Walt Williams, Jeremy Absher, Jason Thacker, Jimmy Durham, Jordan Williams.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Williams & Johnny Absher.
