James “Jim” R. Ogle Jr., 70 of Huntsville passed away Friday, March 28, 2014. Mr. Ogle was a retired captain from The Huntsville Fire and Rescue after 38 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Janice Ogle, his children, Janet Chumley, Tammy Hayes (Gary), Debbie Johnson (Johnny), Jim Ogle III, Michael Salmon (Jessica), Stacy Simpson (Bill), Terry Ogle (Brianna) and a brother Tom Ogle (Annie) and nine grandchildren. Visitation was Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home. Funeral will be Sunday at 3:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Edmonds officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Leukemia Society. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
