James E. Gullick, age 80 of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Highpoint Health Medical Center. He was born in San Diego, California, on November 3, 1944, to the late Earl E. and Florence L. (Hall) Gullick. James proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Until the time of his retirement, he worked as a powder reactor operator at ECOLAB. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and camping, as well as reading western books and listening to country and gospel music. But most of all, he loved spending time with his beloved family and dogs, Poncho and Chico. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Burggeman; step-brother, Charles Williams; and half-brother, Marion Gullick. James is survived by his loving wife of fifty years, Frances Gullick; daughter, Mary Page; grandchildren, Rosemary Page and Tiffany Page; two great-grandsons; half-brother, James Harris; and half-sister, Elizabeth Hobson. Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Goshen Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Dr. Joseph Butler officiating.
