James Anthony “Tony” England, age 56 of Cherokee, AL, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at his residence.
Mr. England was born on March 4, 1965 in Columbia, Tennessee.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 24, 2021 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where the service will be held at 2:00pm. Jerome Morgan and Reverend James Yielding will officiate. Burial will be at East Franklin Cemetery in Phil Campbell, Alabama.
Tony is survived by his wife, Jeanette Dell England; daughter, Cristen Renay Danna; son, James Eric (Kayla) England; stepson, Craig (Misty) Sivley; stepdaughters, Miranda Averette, Rebecca (Mark) Ryans; sister, Deborah (Tim) Hill; brother, Ray England, 6 granddaughters, 5 grandsons, 6 great grandkids, and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James William and Emma Claire England; and mother-in-law, Zula Mae Robertson.
