James A. Hollingsworth, 92, of Madison, passed away Wednesday. Mr. Hollingsworth served in the Air Force as a Staff Sergeant during the Korean War. He was a member of West Huntsville Baptist Church where he served as Kitchen Coordinator for many years.
James was preceded in death by his parents, James and Wilma Hollingsworth, and daughter, Brenda Karen Hollingsworth. Survivors include his wife, Eveleene W. Hollingsworth; son, Randy Hollingsworth and wife, Beth; and grandchildren, Brenda Caitlin Hollingsworth and James Harrison Hollingsworth.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 30th at West Huntsville Baptist Church with the Rev. Scott Gossett officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
