James A Bowen, age 82, Brilliant, Alabama passed away Thursday, February 06, 2014 at Marion Regional Medical Center. He was born in Marion County Alabama on Thursday, March 19, 1931 to Jimmie and Cara Miles Bowen. Visitation will be Saturday, February 08, 2014, 11-12 p.m. at Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at 12 Noon in the Chapel, with burial in Hamilton City Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie and Cara Bowen; Sister, Martha Bowen; and son-in-law, Danny Key. He leaves to cherish his memory, Charlene Harbin Bowen; children, Susan (Jimmy) Davis, Linda Key, Kenneth Lawson; grandchildren, Jessica Davis, Sierra Davis, Michael (Rhonda) Key, Danielle Key, Eric Lawson; great-grandchildren, Mitchell (Ashley) Key, Emily Key, Logan Key, Madison Lawson, Kelsey Lawson; sisters, Ann (Roger) Wade, Sue (Bob) Webster, Gail (Wayne) Burleson; and host of nieces, nephews and friends.
