Isaiah Lynn Crotts was born in Savannah, Tennessee, on October 7, 2013 and departed this life also on October 7, 2013.
He is survived by his mother, Maria Crotts of Savannah, Tennessee; grandparents, Ricky and Laura Crotts and Grady and Ellen Pickens of Savannah, Tennessee; and three uncles, Uncle John Crotts, Uncle Derek Crotts and Uncle Adam Crotts, all of Savannah, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Jim and Grace Crotts.
