Irene Rose Hill Wright, 92, of Florence passed away June 3, 2014 at Mitchell Hollingsworth Rehabilitation Center. She was the retired owner of Merle Norman Cosmetics in Muscle Shoals, AL, and a charter member of Jackson Heights Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Friday, June 6, 2014 from 10 – 11 a.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Leon Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Grandchildren and great-grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Wright was preceded in death by her husbands, N.A. “Tab” Hill, Herschel C. Wright; son, Troy Fay Hill; brothers, Arthur Rose and Charles Rose, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Connie Rose Waddell (Ken); sisters, Charlene Cooper (Roy), Martha Ann Hill, Katie Rogers (Howard); brother, Boyd B. Rose (Blanch); thirteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; step-sons, Tim Wright (Janie), Jerry Wright (Doris), Lanny Wright (Hilda).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jackson Heights Church of Christ.
