Ila Mae Higdon, 81, died November 1, 2013. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home. Funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Johnson’s Chapel Cemetery.
