Funeral services for Mr. Howard Edward “Buddy” Hubbard, age 79, are scheduled for 3 PM, Sunday, July 3, 2022 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Emmanuel Cemetery. Mr. Hubbard passed away Wednesday in Lexington. He was born January 20, 1943 in Henderson County to the late Hermas and Lucille Allen Hubbard. He was a Vietnam Veteran, a retired steel worker, and an avid Cubs and Bears fan. He was preceded in death by one sister, Ferrie Davidson. Survivors include two sons, James Hubbard and Terry Hubbard (Kimberly); His sister, Marsha; two grandchildren, Nathan King (Deven) and Nicole Napper (Stephen); and ten great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday 3-9 PM and on Sunday 1- 3 PM.
