Homer Lee Blakely, 85, of Ardmore, passed away on Friday, November 4th, 2022, at his residence. Mr. Blakely was born on July 7th, 1937, to William and Leona Blakely.
Mr. Blakely is survived by his wife of sixty-three years Reba Blakely; daughters Gail Jackson (Donald), Carla Henderson (Craig), Carol Lee (Randy) and Pam Hutchens (Chris); sister Mildred Webster; ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The funeral service for Mr. Blakely will be Monday, November 7th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with Tony Boyles and Larry Bottoms officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, November 6th, 2022, 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Dustin Pierce, Lee Blakely, Shannon Lyle, Chris Green, Robert Lee, and Barrett Chittam. Burial will be at Gatlin Cemetery.
Mr. Blakely was of the Baptist faith. He was a loving and caring husband, father, and paw paw.
