Hilda found solace in daily walks, which allowed her to connect with the world around her.  Hilda’s commitment to her faith and the Catholic Church was an integral part of her life, guiding her actions and illuminating her path. Hilda will forever be remembered as a devoted wife, mother and adoring grandmother, whose love and kindness touched the hearts of all who knew her.   Her legacy of nurturing, compassion, and genuine care for others will continue to inspire and guide those she leaves behind.

Hilda’s remains will be interred next to the remains of her husband in the columbarium at Good Shephard Catholic Church in Huntsville, Alabama. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as this was a cause close to Hilda’s heart.
