Helen Young Krivutza, 88, of Huntsville passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021 after a brief illness. Helen was born March 8, 1933 to Dillard and Grace Young.
She graduated from Joe Bradley High School in 1951. After graduation she began a career with the Department of Defense as a contract specialist that spanned 35 years until she retired.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Dillard and Grace Young; and daughter, Stephanie Krivutza Payne.
Helen is survived by her husband of 60 years, Ivan John Krivutza; daughters, Candy Barr (David), and Carla Behel (Joshua Graff); grandsons, Christopher Hutchinson (Allison), Chad Payne (Brittany), Joshua Payne, Tyler Behel (Kinzie), Daniel Barr, and Nicholas Behel (Tiffany); seven great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
No services are planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that any remembrances be given to a charity of choice or your local animal shelter or rescue organization.
