TUSCUMBIA – Another Helen Keller Festival goes into the record books. The weather managed to cooperate for the most part, and the crowds were great at Spring Park. and the music was outstanding!
The Quad-Cities Daily was on hand taking our famous EVENT PHOTOS, and we now present the second batch of images. We have photos of Kerry Gilbert and the KGB, CC Jags, 2nd Creek, Holli Mosley, Leah Turner and the Festival headliner, Jo Dee Messina.
