Hazel Louise Malone Andrews, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, at the age of 100. Her visitation will be Friday, August 17, 2018, from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Barrett Long officiating. She will be buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Tuscumbia.
Hazel was a native of the Crooked Oak community and a member of the First Baptist Church of Tuscumbia. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert Lee Andrews; brothers, Hozie Malone and Whitman Malone; and sisters, Lois Sparks and Margaret Byrd.
Her survivors include her son, Donald Ray Andrews of Muscle Shoals; granddaughter, Delaina Lyn Andrews of Nashville, TN; sister-in-law, Marie Malone; step-grandchildren, Kathy Stockton and Charles McDonald; and step-great-grandchildren, Molly Littrell and Laura Stockton.
