Grady W. Tomerlin age 93 of Athens, passed away Monday, January 30, 2017 at Athens Rehab & Senior Care. Mr. Tomerlin was born August 7, 1923 in Limestone County, AL to McKelsey Tomerlin and Lacy Griggs Tomerlin.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, February 1, 2017 1:00 p.m., at Leggtown Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home assisting the family.
Preceded in death by his parents, McKelsey and Lacy Tomerlin; wife, Annie Laura Tomerlin.
Survived by one son, Daniel Tomerlin and wife, Candace of Athens; 6 grandchildren; two sisters, Bessie Marie Woodfin and Thelma McGee.
