Grady Leon Potts, age 68 of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at his residence. Grady was born on January 17, 1956, in Shelbyville, Tennessee, to the late Grady D. Potts and Gwendlyn Marie (Noel) Potts. He worked as a delivery driver for many years in Franklin County. Grady was a jack of all trades and could fix anything broken. He enjoyed being with family and friends, sitting on the bank fishing, and playing a good game of pool. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Karrie Ratliff; brother, Douglas Potts; and sister, Yvonne Hall. He is survived by his daughter, Cindy Copeland; sons, Dusty Potts, Chris Potts and Jason Potts; grandchildren, Kailyn, Karley, Kayden, Tyler, Mason, Sadie, and Kirsten; five-great-grandchildren; siblings, Billy “B.J.” Potts, Robbie Patterson, and Debbie Johnston; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Visitation will be from 1-3 pm on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.
