Glenn NaylorGlenn Woodrow Naylor age 83 passed away December 27, 2018 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

He was born April 15, 1935 in McNairy County at Finger, the son of the late Harrison and Thelma Sue Woodrow Naylor. He graduated from Bethel Springs High School. He entered the U.S. Army and served in Frankfort Germany as an SP4, Military Police Division. He married Charlotte Garner of Henderson County. He was a bus driver for Greyhound Bus Lines for twenty-six years. He farmed and raised cattle all of his adult life. After he retired from Greyhound, he was a Real Estate agent with Casey Realtors.

He was a current member of the Chester County School Board and had served as a school board member for thirty-six years. He was an avid fan of Chester County High School sports. He was a member of the Al Chymia Shrine Temple in Memphis.

Mr. Naylor is survived by his wife, Charlotte Naylor of Henderson; a son Anthony Naylor and wife Beth of Finger, a daughter, Lisa Naylor of Pine Lake, two grandsons; Mitch Naylor wife Abby and Carson Naylor and a sister, Sue Wright of Martin, TN.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Nancy Woodruff.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday at Shackelford Funeral Director – Crook Avenue with Ken Frye officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery near Garnertown.

The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Saturday and 12:00 Noon until service time on Sunday.
