Gilbert Delonie Gibson, 76, of Rogersville died Sunday, September 11, 2016, at his residence.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at Elkins East Chapel from 5-9 PM. Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at Elkins East Chapel 11 AM. Burial will be at Hurricane Cemetery.
Mr. Gibson is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Linda Joyce Gibson; children, Timmy and Carolyn Gibson, Lisa and Jeffery Townsend, Gilbert Delonie “Fatty” Gibson, Jr., Michelle and Bobby Simbeck, and Jerry and Stacy Gibson; 12 Grandchildren; 11 Great-Grandchildren; 8 sisters and brothers; several loving nieces and nephews; one loving dog “Rosco”.
Pallbearers will be sons and grandsons.
