Mrs. Geraldine Margaret (Yastremski) Fugok, age 76, of Decatur, died Saturday, October 3, 2015, at her residence. She was born April 25, 1939, in Wilkes-Barre, PA, to Edward Yastremski and Margaret (Urban) Yastremski. Mrs. Fugok was a medical transcriptionist.
She is survived by her husband, Nicholas Fugok of Decatur; one grandson, Jason McDermott (Valerie) of Gurley; and two great-grandchildren, Preston McDermott and Justin McDermott, both of Gurley.
The family may host a memorial service at a later date.
