George Wesley Sours age 77 of Athens, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Sours was born July 19, 1936 in Ohio to Amos Sours and Mary McKinney Sours.
Graveside services will be Monday, April 21, 2014 2:00 p.m., Oak Grove Cemetery in Goodsprings with Tee Jackson officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, April 20, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Survived by five sons, Gary Sours and wife, Sixta, Tony Sours, Jack Finney and wife, Pat, Martin Finney and wife, Cynthia and Raymond Finney; five daughters, Robin Sours, Teresa Anderson, Melanie Rodriquez, Beverly Chappell and Rita Collins; sister, Della Jones; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
