George Truman Kimbrough, 78, of Woodville, passed away Friday. He was employed at Marshall Space Flight Center for 49 years.
He was preceded in death by mother, Lucille C. Kimbrough; father, George W. Kimbrough; father-in-law, Roy Jackson; mother-in-law, Tennie Jackson; sister, Janice Lemley; and nephews, Randy Lemley and John Anders.
Surviving are his loving wife of 58 years, Pansy Kimbrough; daughter, Jennifer (Keith) Evans; grandchildren, Zackary Evans, Cody Evans, and Jessica Evans; brother, James Willie (Diane) Kimbrough; sisters, Betty Ruth Anders and Mary Sue (Jerry) Clark; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday at 1:00 PM with Bro. Scott Webb officiating.
Interment will be in Kennamer Cemetery.
