George S. Stripling, 75, passed away Friday, October 16, 2026. George was born in 1951 in Albany, GA. George was a skilled carpenter and retired, after many years, as an installer from Wood, Floors and More.
George enjoyed being with his family, hunting, collecting arrowheads, grilling, and tending to his vegetable garden. He loved telling stories and was an avid Alabama football fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William W. Stripling and Maise Sharman Stripling, his brother, Shaffer Sharman Stripling, and one son, Stanley Joseph Stripling.
George is survived by the love of his life, Pam Elliott; his son, George S. Stripling, Jr. (Dianne); and brother, William Stripling, Jr. (Sylvia).
