George Fredrick Wasson of Pulaski, TN passed away on Thursday, July 3rd, 2025 at STRHS Pulaski surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Anderson, Missouri on May 15th, 1938 and was 87 years old.
George was a beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He worked at Murray Ohio for 45 years and was a self-employed electrician and plumber. George loved attending church, leading singing, and serving others. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th, 2025 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th, 2025 at 11:00am in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home
The burial will be at Giles Memory Gardens.
George was preceded in death by his parents, Carlton Arthur and Jennie Wood Wasson, brothers, Jimmy Wasson, Harold Wasson, and Charles Wasson, sisters, Freda Wasson, Mary Ray, and Dorothy Thompson, son-in-law, Mike Young, and grandson, Dustin Sumners.
