Gene Raymond “Big Ed” Jackson, 78, died Tuesday, July 8, 2014, after an extended illness. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday at Glendale Church of Christ, with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service. He was the husband of Rosie McDonald Jackson.
