Mr. Gaylon Capps, age 68, of Empire passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at his residence. Memorial services will be 5:00 PM Sunday, August 29, 2021. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Johnnie B. Capps; and father, Basil Capps.
He is survived by his brothers, Jerry Capps of Empire, AL and Kirk Capps of Empire, AL; sister, Cherry Capps of Empire, AL; sons, Chris Capps of Gulf Shores, AL and Josh Capps of Quinton, AL; niece, Devin Bracey of Delco, NC; nephews, Travis Hardin of Boldo, AL and Anthony Beasley of Empire, AL; grandchildren, Daulton Capps and Braeden Capps; and host of other relatives and friends.
