Mr. Gary “Tick” Thomas Moore age 65 of Wartburg, TN, died Thursday August 20, 2020 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN. He was born July 21, 1955, in McMinnville, TN, was a forklift operator with Carrier Air Conditioning, and was a member of Smartt First Baptist Church. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents Harold Woodlee and Betty Ruth Fish Moore, brother John Ellis Moore, and first wife Deidre Kaye Moore.
He is survived by his wife Donna Lisa Moore, brothers James A. “Jim” (Sherry) Moore and Don “Duck” (Doris) Moore, sister Carol L. Moore, sister-in-law Linda Moore, several nieces and nephews, and many family friends.
A graveside service and inurnment will be held at 2:30 P.M. Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Morrison Cemetery for immediate family members only. Bro. Jim Ramsey will officiate. The immediate family will meet at the cemetery and there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Social distancing and the usage of face masks is being requested due to COVID-19.
