CULLMAN COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident in Cullman Ciounty has taken the life of a Gardendale man:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 12:05 a.m. Monday, June 8, has claimed the life of a Gardendale man.
Hakeem X. Collins, 21, was fatally injured when the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado pickup he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. Collins was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Interstate 65 near the 295 mile marker, approximately five miles northwest of Dodge City, in Cullman County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
