Visitation will be Sunday, August 22, 2021 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, Alabama. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with David Pope officiating. Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Rice is survived by her husband, Fred Rice; children, Katelin Rice (Chad) Bell and Steve (Kelly) Rice; sister, Margie Edwards; step-sister, Cindy Morse; grandchildren, Cain Bell and Carlee Bell; nieces and nephews, Leslie Flanagan, Lois (Darren) Parker, Jimbo Edwards, John Cranford and Jennifer Cranford; great niece & nephew, Audrey Flanagan (Tyler) Bridgeman and Nathaniel Flanagan; and great great niece and nephew, Brody Flanagan and Laila Bridgeman.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Earnest and Eveline Haste; and son, Justin Thomas Rice.
