Freda B. Coon, 86, of Lexington, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025 at her residence.
A graveside service will be Saturday, December 6th at 1:00 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home Cemetery with Kenny Morgan officiating.
Ms. Coon was preceded in death by her parents, Thurmon & Kathryn Shrewsbury; sister, Lena Shrewsbury; brother, Carl David Coon and her husband, Dale Coon.
She is survived by her daughter, Sherri Cooper; grandchildren, Brianna Cooper; great granddaughter, Kathryn Frye; sister, Doris Lester (Carl) and boyfriend, Mike Thomas.
The family would like to extend thanks to the medical team at Lexington Clinic and Amedisys Hospice for all the love, care and support.
