Franklin Douglas Keene, age 81, of Ethridge, TN passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Drill, VA, and retired from General Motors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert James and Hester Mae Dye Keene; and his wife Annie Louise Nelson Keene.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. A Celebration of Life visitation and luncheon will be held Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM at The Barn Church Fellowship Hall in Ethridge, TN.
